1) Feeder Unit
A. Sun Automation Lead Edge Feeding System
●With four shafts and strong vacuum suction. The feeding precision and stability are promised for both high speed and low speed.
● Feeding stroke could be adjusted to reduce feeding roller impression.
● Frequency converters control the vacuum to match different size paperboards.
● High stability with high speed, less noise and variation.
● Left and right side guides are PLC controlled and motorized.
● Motorized backstop forward and backward movement.
● Continuous or skip feeding is available with counters.
B.Dust Removal System
● Dust removal system with several brushes and segmented vacuum sheet cleaner.
C.Upper and Lower Feeding Roll
● Upper feeding roll wrapped with wear resistant rubber.
● Lower feeding roll surface knurled and chrome-plated.
● Self-locked system applied for adjusting feeding roll gap, range is 0-12mm.
●Cam bearing applied for impression roll power transmission, wearing reduced and also transfer more stable.
D.Units Open and Close, Zeroing System
● With the clutch for the machine open and closed to avoid damage to the machine while in moving.
● Main motor is protected from starting up when units are not completely closed and locked.

A.Printing Cylinder

C.Ceramic Anilox Roll (Optional)

D.Rubber Roll
● Wear resistant rubber wrapped around the steel pipe surface.
● Fixed speed difference between rubber roll and anilox roll, so the ink scrapping will be much better.
● Specially ground for the rubber roll center, ink transfer will be much better
● Self-locking system is applied on the caliber adjustment of the rubber roll, range from 0-12mm.
E.Registration Adjust System
● Planetary gear system applied.
● Printing register controlled by PLC and motorized.
● Lateral register controlled by PLC and motorized (±10mm).
● Printing cylinder registration adjusted by converter, fast adjustment, zeroing and higher precision.
●After printing plate cleaning and closing the units, it will come to the original position automatically.
F.Quick Set for Pull Collars.
● Upper roll: Solid chromed steel roll attached with three pull collars.
● Lower roll: Chromed on surface.
● Quick move for pull collars.

G.Ink Circulation System.
● Pneumatic Single Diaphragm Pump,stable inking and easy maintenance.
● Ink will not be pumped when the rubber roll and anilox roll are not completely touched.

H.Printing Registration Fixed Structure.

3) Slotter unit (Double Slotter)

● Pre-creaser to make paperboard not easily damaged while creasing.

● Slotting bases move along linear bearings and are driven by lead screws for flexible and precise movement.

5) Vibrator (Optional)
● Collecting arm air-cylinder controls up and down for easy rotary die putting.
● Scrap cleaner section with independent motor, vibrating shaft with 3 points to increase vibrating frequency and improve result.
● Imported round vibrating belt used, with nice flexibility and will not damage the paperboard. The vibrating belt driven by independent motor for easy speed control.
● Whole belt shaft with slot for easy to add or reduce the belt according to the board size and different type carton.
● At the end of the vibrator there are strong power fans and brushes, so the scrap will be completely removed before coming to the stacker.
. ● Under the vibrator there is a scrap transfer belt .All scrap will come back to the underground pit or on the scrap transfer at the end of the machine.
6) Auto Stacker
● Collecting arms can be operated manually or automatically.
● Collecting arm speed is normally the same as feeding. It could also be adjusted according to the feeding speed.
● Flapping devices make paperboard in order and squared, stacking height up to 1700mm.
● Transfer section will come up automatically according to the height of the board, hydraulic up and down controlled by PLC.
● A device that prevents the collecting hub from failing for operator safety.
● A pneumatic system applied to hold the coming paperboard, when the pile reaches a pre-set height.
● Wrinkled flat belt will prevent the paperboard from failing.
● The tension of the belts for connecting arms can be adjusted independently, no limit because of belt length.
7) Driving Gears
● High-grade steel,grounded and heat treated with hardness >60°.
● Keyless connection ring applied: reduce the center wear and enlarge the vacant space, to keep the registration precise for a long time.
